In 2002 Christian Lorenz and Susanne Tattersall acquired the shares from THG Immobilienverwaltungs GmbH. In 2003 emerged the Tattersall·Lorenz Immobilienverwaltung and -management GmbH.

For more than 10 years we have been successfully present on the German real estate market. The continually growing number of our objects includes commercial properties, former production sites, which were successively converted to business locations, office buildings, residential properties as well as objects in the retail sector.
